Privacy Policy

Fieldset Pro (fieldsetpro.com) is run by Fieldset Provisions, a Nevada business (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.
What we collect

Apart from the field tester application and the agency inquiry, we do not ask for your name. The agency inquiry is the only place we ask for a phone number, and it is optional. We never ask for your address or payment details on this site.
Cookies
We use two cookies, and only after you log in: one keeps you logged in, and the other tells our shop you are logged in so it shows the right menu. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else sees anything
- Hosting. The site runs on servers we rent. The host stores the data but does not use it.
- Sat Tracker. It loads satellite data from CelesTrak (celestrak.org) and its fonts from Google Fonts. Like any website, those services see your IP address when your browser contacts them.
- Spam check. When you fill in the field tester application or the agency inquiry, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is sending it. Cloudflare sees your IP address and basic browser information for that check.
- The law. We will share information if the law requires it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. No third party collects information about your activity across other websites through this site.
Do Not Track
We do not track you across websites, so browser “Do Not Track” signals change nothing here.
Backups
Account data, applications, and inquiries are included in regular backups, which are deleted on a rolling basis. Something you delete may stay in a backup for a short time until it ages out.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and connections to the site are encrypted. No system is perfect, so use a password you do not use anywhere else.
Your choices
Email sales@fieldsetpro.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account, your application or inquiry, and their data. We may need to confirm the request comes from you. Nevada residents can ask us not to sell their information at the same address. We do not sell it, but we will confirm your request.
Children
This site is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. For a significant change, we will also show a notice on the site.
